The Manager Strategic Commercial Programs, in conjunction with the Commercial Leadership Team, develops promotes, and executes commercial strategies and finance solutions for the commercial team. Responsible to track the success of all commercial strategies and finance solutions, and to recommend to sales any solution and/or program improvements which would enhance commercial success.
The Manager Strategic Commercial Programs serves as the point of contact for financial partners and serves as the liaison between those financial partners and the commercial sales team. Responsibilities also include developing service and recurring revenue programs that are accretive to the business, including but not limited to subscriptions and leasing. The manager Strategic Commercial Programs also serves as the point of contact for sales programs. Examples of this would be lead generation, equipment surrender, etc. Responsibilities include developing program and content to launch and track program effectiveness
Essential Functions and Main Duties
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, clinical, and tech support teams to anticipate and address customer needs.
- Lead ongoing Salesforce enhancements, including process optimization, configuration updates, and user experience improvements.
- Develop, revise, and maintain clear and accurate work instructions and process documentation.
- Coordinate and execute the rollout of new tools, processes, and updates to field sales teams, ensuring smooth adoption and training.
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovative commercial and customer experience strategies.
- Partner with NKA VP Finance and external financial partners to structure deal terms and packages. Develop standard deal terms, as well as develop innovative programs to move deals forward.
- Assist SVP with ROI and structure on SPIFs and other sales incentives and strategies. Ensure such programs are within compliance guidelines.
- Ensure service/warranty contract sales meet financial targets and comply with internal policies and requirements. Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop and manage subscription revenue sales models and processes, partnering with Marketing, Sales Education, and others as needed.
- Develop team forecast/budget for department and projects, and manage to plan.
- Develop various program budgets, such as lead generation.
- Liaison with Accounts Receivable and Sales on collections issues.
- Develops metrics and reporting for Commercial and Finance management to track and monitor deals, status, and successful strategies.
- Collect customer feedback on pricing, terms, and structure for Sales and Marketing team.
- Partner with Legal, Finance and Operations to improve the quote to order process.
- Select, manage, develop, and hold accountable team members to meet department deliverables and responsibilities. Complete company people management requirements. Exhibit manager competencies.

Qualifications
Education / Certification / Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing in the healthcare medical device industry
- 2+ years of experience of people management experience, including driving results through others, leading teams or projects, and providing training
- Experience in creating strategic programs for sales organizations
- Experience creating and executing commercial finance and leasing proposals
- Level and compensation depend on location, experience, education and skills
Competencies Required
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of NK product lines and technology, as well as standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the medical device field
- Understanding of hospital environments, conditions, and patient care needs
- Understanding of basic finance and leasing principles
- Proven track record of managing complex projects to successful completion, delivering on-time, on-target.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with track record of making sound business decisions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally through effective listening, speaking and writing skills. Articulate; writes clear and concise instructions, policies, and on-going communications. Able to speak and present information in front of internal and external groups.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and demonstrate high level of customer/client service and response
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant programs used by sales, marketing and contracts
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, and to receive and understand verbal and written instructions in English
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $95,000 to $150,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.gary

Working Conditions
Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company's discretion.
Physical: Generally may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision.
