PSG Reports Lead

Department: Administration - Neurology

The PSG (Polysomnography) Reports Lead drives the PSG report process to ensure excellent customer experience with high quality reports delivered in a timely manner. This individual will work closely in collaboration with stakeholders from Neurotronics, Sales, Clinical Support Specialists, Project Management, Marketing, and Medical Directors to deliver an exceptional custom report product in tandem with the go-live process.

Key success factors include customized report delivery timeliness and high customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions and Main Duties

  • Curate and conduct customized report classes and custom reports to ensure appropriate delivery timelines.
  • Builds customer report options in collaboration with clinical support specialists and sales teams.
  • Consultation of report creation, editing, and approvals with customer clinical teams, especially physicians.
  • Analysis and reporting of deliverables in terms of quality, customer satisfaction, and timeliness.
  • Compiling and reporting data from physician feedback and clinical needs to Marketing team.
  • Collaboration on business strategies related to reports and product development.
  • Managing report project creation and documentation over the life of the project.
  • Support clinical team during go-lives on any report deliverables.
  • Ensure that final reports meet or exceed customer satisfaction and closing documentation is uploaded to the project.
  • Ensure projects are appropriately closed out and formally handed off to service and/or appropriate follow up teams and serves as an escalation pathway for support teams, when needed.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need.

Qualifications

Education / Certification / Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, neuroscience or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • END certification preferred (Electroneurodiagnostic).
  • 3+ years of experience with clinical patient care in a directly related environment, previous project management skills preferred.
  • Ability to effectively participate with and technically advise neurology implementation teams.
  • Basic knowledge of neurodiagnostic products, including 3rd party devices (e.g. PAP, TCO2).
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Level and compensation depend on location, experience, education and skills.

Competencies Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Highly detailed, with ability to work cohesively with various Neurodiagnostic specialists.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software pertaining to products and project management.
  • HTML coding familiarity preferred.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

The anticipated range for this position is $85,000 to $125,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.

Working Conditions

Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in assigned territories, Monday–Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company’s discretion.

Physical: Generally, may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, and color vision. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.

Travel: up to 60%

Access to Customer Sites: It is an essential function of this position to perform duties in healthcare facilities, and to achieve the necessary vendor credentialing. As part of this process, it is typically required to provide proof of vaccinations (including for COVID-19), and related personal medical information, and to comply with other criteria as needed to be able to work at customer sites. Typical vendor credentialing expenses will be paid/reimbursed by the Company.
